9K a year Participates in the production of pizza crusts.
Individual will be trained to operate various stations along the production line up to, but not limited to include:
mixing, press operations, proofing and baking (oven) as well as freezing and packaging.
Essential Job Functions:
Operates machinery used in the production of pizza crusts.
Follows correct safety, operation and sanitation procedures for equipment at work station.
Ensures food safety principles in area of responsibility, including proper storage, handling and scaling of ingredients for their area or work.
Monitors product quality standards.
Able to describe problems as they arise and seek guidance when necessary.
Must be able to understand the importance of product temperature and time and their impact on product quality.
Supplemental Job Functions:
Has general knowledge regarding dough testing at the mixer and proofing stations.
Should have basic knowledge of dough rheology.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Must know proper production techniques for each product produced at work station.
Ability to lift, push or pull objects of medium to heavy weight (50 pounds).
Must follow directions.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced manufacturing environment encompassing mixing, baking and freezing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
