$14-16 hourly, drug screen (THC friendly) and background required.
Must be able to work weekends, swing shift.
Contract to hire.
1st Shift - 6am - 2pm 2nd Shift - 2pm - 10pm 3rd Shift - 10pm - 6am Participates in the production of pizza crusts.
Individual will be trained to operate various stations along the production line to include:
mixing, press operations, proofing and baking (oven) as well as freezing and packaging.
1.
Operates machinery used in the production of pizza crusts.
2.
Follows correct safety, operation and sanitation procedures for equipment at work station.
3.
Ensures food safety principles in area of responsibility, including proper storage, handling and scaling of ingredients for their area or work.
4.
Monitors product quality standards.
Able to describe problems as they arise and seek guidance when necessary.
5.
Must be able to understand the importance of product temperature and time and their impact on product quality.
