New Boston, MI New Boston, MI Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $18 - $40 an hour $18 - $40 an hour High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience Proven experience with concrete forming, finishing and /or trade school certificate Working knowledge of tools and finishing concrete Ability to troubleshoot, reason, and solve problems Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, co-workers, supervisors, and vendors Reliable transportation to get to work Understand and execute instructions, work safety policies, and procedures Physical requirements to fulfill essential job functions - Walk, climb stairs, sit, and stand for up to 9 hours a day.
Ability to operate tools and other business machines with hands, fingers, reaching of arms.
Ability to climb stairs, including temporary access by means and methods to inspect work in progress.
Frequently move objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required Must have reliable transportation in most cases.
