Executive Assistant Ensure communication and organization inside the plant with the support of the plant manager and in cooperation with central functions.
Assist the plant manager with daily meeting cadence and tasks including the right priorities and documentation of continuous improvements.
Work together with plant Director's on top priority, area specific topics and needs.
Ensure customer requirements relating to quality and efficiency are met as pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities below.
Your tasks Manages Plant manager's calendar and independently schedules appointments, Screens incoming calls and correspondence, responds independently and/or directs activity to the proper source.
Arranges programs, events, workshops or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records.
Responsible for plantwide fleet car management as it relates to the assigning of vehicles, driving record documentation and regularly scheduling of vehicle maintenance.
Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents including speeches, articles and policies.
Arrange accurate, complex, and detailed travel plans and itineraries for plant manager, expat relocations and internal Brose team members including compiling thorough documents for all travelers.
Responsible for development and training of department administrative assistants.
Manage internal communication channels, such as editing the company intranet, information boards plantwide emails and leading the MyBrose App.
Work with HR and controlling to ensure the org changes are implemented correctly with their counterpart in Central Organization.
Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions.
Responsible to implement and comply with all the procedures and guidelines of Central Communication and Central Organization.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree from a college, university or technical school.
5 years minimum applicable job experience in similar level and industry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Energetic self-starter and multitasking ability is a must.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
