1K - $47K a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Operations Management - Boutique Food Caf Opportunity Lead a team of enthusiastic ice cream scoopers and coffee brewers General Summary Our Operations Leader will roll up their sleeves to work alongside team members to prepare and serve the best freshly brewed coffee and locally made ice cream, keep the shop sparkling clean and safe, oversee caf operations, and promote a fun and safe environment for the team members and an exceptional experience for our guests.
You will promote and coordinate interactive events with the local community in the New Boston area.
THE ASKS:
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by role modeling the practices of friendly, timely service and proper product handling for the coffee and ice cream service Maintain the daily operations for the team and shift, including store and team member appearance, guest service, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety and operating standards Recruit, train, and supervise all team members Prepare weekly work schedules and manage absences and suitable replacements Manage inventory and stock Resolve guest concerns with food quality and customer service Identify strategies to retain and attract customers Ensure caf expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs THE
Qualifications:
An Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management or related education Know How in the food service/retail/hospitality industry Willingness to be Safe-Serve Certified THE GETS:
