Adhere to prescribed cycle counting processes (ABC method) to effectively maintain location and quantity accuracies of warehouse material by utilizing SAP reports to execute the Cycle Count process, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies, verifying bill of material consumptions, recording findings in KPIs and administering and tracking adjustment forms as necessary Classify errors in defined Pareto and escalate to responsible champion Work closely with Material Planners determining produce needing to be counted and perform directed counts initiated by Planners Identify and escalate known back flush discrepancies to PTMs / Material Planning team Audit returns from scrap/salvage discrepancy reports (final verification of discrepancy before Pareto process / root cause identified), verify quantities in SAP were appropriately managed Assist in the development of the cycle counting process and any process improvements Support during annual inventories (Training, providing documentation to Auditors.

1-2 years in production environment and/or logistics preferred Basic Problem Solving Knowledge Ability to multitask Knowledge of Automotive Industry, Bill of Materials and SAP systems Basic Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge Analytical and attention to detail Ability to work in teams Strong communication skills Flexibility and ability to work in fast paced environment Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements Job Type:
