Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist customers with locating products - Provide product demos and answer customer questions about merchandise - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Process returns and exchanges - Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions - Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and change calculations - Experience in technical sales, particularly in electronics, is a plus - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are preferred to assist diverse customer base - Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or directing calls Note:
